Watercolors and oils are my preferred mediums. I like to paint and draw a variety of everyday subject matter. Painting allows me to slow down and really contemplate a person, object or “nature”. I continue to explore and experiment with how to express visual qualities.

     Light, color, and mood fascinate me.  I attempt to create an emotional connection, rather than strive for total realism.
