Betsy Johnstone

I have been fascinated with fiber arts since childhood. My first knitting project was a sweater started at age 9. My current work involves creation of basic and functional items like baby blankets which have to be visually and texturally appealing. I have degrees in costume design and nursing, only one of which evolved to a career. However, now retired, I’m free to experiment with old interests and am pleased that others find my creations useful and pleasing.
